Overview
The selected candidate will focus on the Recruiting Process and filling open positions within multiple departments or within the defined area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Recruit national and international professionals and managers for defined business areas
Meet with Hiring Managers to discuss current and upcoming needs in close cooperation with the Regional HR Manager/Business Partner
Maintain clear communication with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure job requirements and expectations are understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Provide information on the status of all recruiting projects to the Regional HR Manager and Hiring Manager
Offer recruiting advice (channel selection, interview and selection process) to the Regional HR Manager
Draft, align and post job advertisements on various channels
Source and engage candidates through internal postings, employee referrals, websites, social media, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, and other recruiting methods
Screen resumes and create a long-list for discussion with the Hiring Manager
Manage the quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System (+SuccessFactors)
Facilitate background check processes
Support and design the onboarding process for new employees
Serve as the focal point for candidate questions and ensure pre-boarding requirements are communicated and compliance is met before the first day
Support the implementation and development of the recruiting and employer branding strategy
Proactively identify and approach talent and develop networks via social media and online portals
Write job advertisements in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Design, plan and participate in trade fairs and events to attract talent
Qualifications
Successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR or related area
Relevant professional experience in recruiting and tools in an international context
Independent working style with strong communication and teamwork skills
Innovative spirit to develop individual solutions
Confident written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and English (Advanced, C1 level minimum)
