The Executive Headhunter position focuses on identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent for senior-level positions. This role combines executive search methodology with talent assessment expertise to place high-performing leaders who can drive organizational success and strategic growth for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
- Designing and executing customized search strategies to identify high-caliber talent for executive or senior-level roles.
- Facilitating the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, to ensure smooth placements.
- Proactively identifying and attracting top-tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in recruitment, preferably in executive search.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Market Knowledge: Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
- Assessment Skills: Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Industry Understanding: Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
