 
        
        Job Title: Senior Internal Talent Advisor
Serve as a strategic liaison between our organization and Randstad, utilizing strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to drive high-quality recruitment services.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team and ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
We are looking for a talented professional who can present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and be able to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
