Job Title: Delivery Excellence Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Excellence Specialist to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking, as well as a proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Delivery Management: Own the planning, execution, and completion of complex initiatives from start to finish.
2. Delivery Planning: Build and manage comprehensive delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
3. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
4. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
