Hiring: Guest Relations Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | Fluent English Required
We are a growing property management company specializing in short-term rental properties, and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle guest communications and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest communications on platforms such as Airbnb & other booking platforms
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other internal teams
* Assist with booking modifications, calendar management, and operational support
* Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience from inquiry to check-out
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration or similar field (completed)
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized and able to work independently
* Prior experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or hospitality preferred
* Reliable internet connection and flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends
Salary: $800/month (paid monthly)
Shift: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Schedule: Full-time, remote
