Recicla.se is looking for a TT-3 (Technical Training) scholarship holder to work on the project "Software de Rastreabilidade via Blockchain de Logística Reversa Pós-Consumo", supported by FAPESP.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (São Paulo - São Caetano do Sul). Duration: 8 months. Time commitment: 40 hours per week. Start date: Immediate. Scholarship value: According to FAPESP TT-3 table.
Project Overview
The goal is to develop a digital solution for managing solid waste logistics and environmental aspects, using blockchain and smart contracts. The platform will be tested with partner companies to increase transparency, traceability and efficiency in post-consumption reverse logistics.
Responsibilities
Support implementation, maintenance and operation of the digital solution.
Operational technical support: first-level user assistance, monitoring of collection and operational routines, platform functioning.
Testing and validation: manual test execution, error logging in tools such as Trello, Notion, GitHub Issues, scenario simulation (including logistics APIs like Lalamove).
Feedback collection & documentation: user interaction, tutorial organization, FAQs and support manuals.
Indicator monitoring: metrics analysis such as response time, failures, platform usage.
Interface with teams: support development, support and commercial teams, participate in sprint and planning meetings.
Qualifications
Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Data Science or related areas.
Ability to execute functional tests, record and document processes, interact with users and provide technical support.
Desirable Knowledge
Node.js, Python, HTML.
Databases (MySQL, Firebase Firestore).
Version control tools (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Docker / Kubernetes (differential).
