What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the full life cycle of campus recruiting for engineering interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level hires across the employer's business units
Partner with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and Campus Liaisons to execute talent acquisition strategies
Source and screen qualified student candidates through campus events and university partnerships
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow‑up with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or a related field
Prior experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting Campus Recruiting, University Relations, or Early Career Talent Acquisition within a corporate environment
Experience coordinating high‑volume recruiting processes or event logistics
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and university engagement strategies
Basic understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance requirements related to recruiting
