Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Management-Senior AM Engineer (Support) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team in Colombia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and management for our Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for our organization.
* Lead and manage the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications (EN, SE) for the organization
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency
* Develop and implement best practices for application support, maintenance, and optimization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
* Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations
* Participate in project planning and execution for system upgrades and new implementations
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Extensive experience in Applications Management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (EN, SE)
* Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system optimization
* In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process optimization
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred)
* Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics functionality
* Proficiency in SQL and database management
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices
* Fluency in English
