Job Overview
The role of Account Manager requires a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts. The primary focus is to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain relationships with assigned facilities
* Work collaboratively with the senior account manager to achieve end-to-end account management
* Report to the assigned account manager on facility-level tasks
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding product or service scope at facilities/centers
* Assist in developing account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction
* Ensure all documentation in the CRM reflects current account status for assigned facilities
* Provide education to customers on products both onsite and virtually to ensure utilization
* Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure successful delivery of products or services
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly
* Assist in creating and presenting quarterly business reviews and monthly business reviews to stakeholders
* Participate in assigned internal calls
* Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and identify risks or issues impacting the client relationship
* Work closely with the business development and implementation team to transition new clients from the sales process to account management
Minimum Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a related field
* Comfortable conducting presentations to customers
* Intermediate user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams
* Direct experience with skilled nursing operations
* Previous experience with high-level account management
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to travel up to 50% per month as required
