Urban Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Urban Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in urban and regional development, with expertise in areas such as urban planning, urban renewal, and regeneration, transition to climate neutral economy and environmental sustainability, carbon neutral cities, land use and transport integration, transit oriented development, sustainable urban mobility plans, smart cities, eco-districts, brownfield regeneration, cultural heritage, urban/regional climate mitigation & adaptation, territorial governance mechanisms and partnerships, and territorial just transition plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of regional and urban development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of local communities. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and private sector partners.

* Experience working with EU, EIB, WB etc. financed projects.
* A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree relevant to the topic.
