We are looking for an SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and grow with us.
In this role, you will:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management office (PMO) to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud in Microsoft Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
