Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Work directly with clinicians to understand their pain points, goals, and requirements
2. Translate early concepts into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that meet the needs of medical professionals
3. Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders
4. Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
5. Establish the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
6. Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Brazil-based individual with advanced English language skills
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc.)
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality – you'll be the only designer and an early voice in product direction
* Familiarity with US-based HIPAA regulations and health tech security standards is a plus
