You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes across architecture, deployment, scalability, and long-term value realization.

In This Role, You Will
* Lead custom multi-node Linux installations and upgrades for our client’s deployments, including troubleshooting complex deployment issues.
* Own and troubleshoot multi-node Windows-to-Linux migration projects, backup and restore processes, and architecture-related escalations.
* Analyze logs, system performance, and infrastructure telemetry to proactively identify risks and optimize customer environments.
* Partner with customer Application Developers, DevOps engineers, IT teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes.
* Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, submitting bugs and feature requests, and influencing roadmap priorities.
* Lead enablement initiatives for internal teams, mentor Solution Architects, and support technical interviews for new hires.
What You’ve Accomplished So Far
* 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including previous experience as a Solution Architect.
* Hands-on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL/CentOS), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS and GKE.
* Strong experience troubleshooting distributed systems, networking, security, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Coralogix.
* Advanced working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
* Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to join data across disparate sources and optimize queries.
* Proficiency in scripting and programming using Bash, Python, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Experience with load-testing tools such as K6 and modern cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
