* Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage high-calibre technology candidates through various sourcing techniques, including Boolean-equation searching, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments to ensure candidate suitability for client positions.
* Promote job openings on multiple platforms, including job sites and databases, to attract top talent.
* Negotiate selection skills to deliver quality resources that meet client requirements.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive successful placement outcomes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment.
* Strong technical evaluation skills, with the ability to assess candidate technical skills thoroughly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
* A keen understanding of sales principles and the ability to effectively promote job openings and negotiate with clients.
* Proficiency in MS Word, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM or ATS systems.
