 
        
        Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist
Empower businesses with data-driven insights by leveraging the Salesforce Data Cloud. As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct customer discussions around requirements and technical drawings.
 * Develop software programs by technical specifications following programming standards and procedures, performing unit tests, modifying programs, and responding to problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.
 * Ensure secure coding and UI standards are applied during development.
 * Provide inputs and contribute to the improvement and maintenance of applications and programs.
 * Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications.
 * Execute detailed and complex unit tests and secure code testing and troubleshooting.
 * Conduct source code management processes.
 * Contribute to integration, systems, and performance testing and code tuning.
 * Participate in secure code peer reviews.
Requirements:
 * Computer science or related field degrees.
 * Fluency in English to conduct technical meetings with offshore teams, support teams, and customers outside Brazil.
 * Experience with Data Architecture.
 * Experience in writing SQL queries and data modeling, as well as governance and architecture performance practice and guidelines.
 * Proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility.
 * Experienced in handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com.
 * Setting up and customizing managed Field Service packages is a plus.
 * Conceptualize, analyze, and resolve application, database, and hardware issues using IT processes, standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
 * Validates configuration items or solution changes using the IT Operating Model (ITOM) to ensure they work as designed and meet customer requirements.
 * Builds strong customer relationships and provides customer-centric solutions.
 * Manages complexity, understanding complex information to solve problems effectively.
