As a seasoned Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex projects from planning through execution and completion.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* You will own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
