Business Analysis and Quality Assurance RoleThis position is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and quality assurance with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred), as well as proficiency in Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other test automation tools.They will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.The role also involves collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and maintaining clear documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and process improvements.Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.We Offer:A competitive hourly rate.A dynamic and supportive team environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About This Role:This Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.,
