We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engage with thousands of users passionate about privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute our social media voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
* Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar, crafting posts, short-form videos, and visual assets aligned with our brand.
* Develop or brief multimedia content, ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
* 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills – clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
Nice-to-Have:
* Advanced graphic design or video editing skills or experience managing creative agencies.
* Experience with paid social media advertising and A/B testing.
* Background or interest in privacy, tech, fintech, or related fields.
* Proven success running high-engagement or viral social media campaigns.
* Experience managing public feedback or crisis communications.

Growth & Analysis:
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyzing performance metrics to optimize content. This includes working closely with the Marketing and Community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Community Engagement:
The ideal candidate will be able to proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences. They will also be able to develop or brief multimedia content, ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging.
