Job Summary
A role has opened up for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the genetic testing and research sector. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs or related industries.
The successful applicant will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales meetings and presentations, communicating clearly and professionally in English and Spanish when applicable, and confidently learning and discussing genetics-related topics.
* Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
* Conduct sales meetings and presentations using relevant training materials to explain products and services.
* Communicate effectively in English and Spanish when necessary.
* Present professionally on video calls, ensuring an appropriate background, appearance and demeanor.
* Develop a strong understanding of genetics-related topics to engage with clients.
Requirements include previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs or related industries, a strong educational background in Biology/Medical fields and excellent organizational skills.
