Responsibilities

* Develop demand generation campaigns through compelling content, designed to drive sustained user base growth and strengthen brand positioning.

* Channel Optimization: Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and strategic partnerships to expand our user reach, focusing on effective and scalable acquisition strategies.

* Consumer Insights & Strategic Decision-Making: Leverage deep user understanding and robust data analysis to generate marketing insights that drive strategic decision-making for campaign and product marketing initiatives.
">
* User Journey Optimization: Develop and drive marketing initiatives across the entire passenger journey, leading cross-functional projects that address experience gaps, improve user satisfaction, and enhance retention through targeted communication.

* Marketing Intelligence & Analysis: Perform deep dives into user behavior, market trends, and competitive marketing activities to identify strategic marketing opportunities and challenges.

* Develop hypotheses for A/B testing and measure the impact of various marketing interventions on user acquisition, retention, and value-for-money perception.

* Go-to-Market Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, PR) to develop comprehensive marketing-led Go-to-Market plans for new features and products.

* Performance Monitoring & Adjustment: Rigorously analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and iteratively adjust strategies to optimize results and ensure marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications
">
* Have 4+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically in implementing marketing campaigns, conducting research/generating insights, and developing brand strategies.
">
* Possess strong knowledge in branding principles, consumer understanding, and Go-to-Market strategies.
">
* Fast learner: ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization/fast-paced environment.
">
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions with factual support.
">
* Data driven decision making.
">
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
">
* Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
">
* Fluent in English.
">
* Stakeholder Management: Create processes to have optimal communication with all stakeholders, follow up on the project, and deliver results.

* Consumer centric: User value creation analysis; definition of sources of growth based on user and desk research.

* Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
