We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. You will identify high-potential prospects, manage full-cycle sales engagements, and uncover new opportunities within current customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive net new business through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic outreach.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and closing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.
* Collaborate with sales engineers and product experts to deliver solutions that meet customer objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by deeply understanding their goals and technical environments.
* Forecast, track pipeline activity, and maintain CRM hygiene to meet sales goals.
* Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, marketing or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience selling within the industry is an asset.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
* Ability to communicate with developers, QA teams, and decision-makers.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.
* High level of English (C1, C2).

About the Role: Represent a client as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, identify, engage, and qualify HR and L&D decision-makers (Directors, VPs, C-level).
This role is highly outbound-driven: you will cold call, email, prospect via tools, run early-stage discovery conversations, and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
