Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.
* Develop strong pipelines of technical candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing their qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver high-caliber candidates efficiently.
Necessary Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency setting or a dynamic tech environment.
* Demonstrated success in recruiting for Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
