We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Brazil. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic recruitment operations and client engagement.
The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, focusing on talent acquisition. Your background should include staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Main Responsibilities:
 o Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients.
 o Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 o Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
 o Analyze data to solve issues and drive improvements.
 o Influence the team towards achieving delivery goals.
 o Present insights and updates to leadership.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges and implement solutions.
