About the Role
We are seeking an experienced data solutions architect to design, develop and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade data integration and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle performance tuning and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
 * Data Quality Focus: Optimize query and database performance to meet strict SLAs (<2 seconds).
 * Technical Expertise: Analyze execution plans and recommend indexing, partitioning and optimization strategies.
 * Collaboration: Partner with DBAs to validate and implement tuning recommendations.
 * Solution Development: Oversee ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency and data quality.
 * Cloud Services: Leverage AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, DMS) for ingestion, transformation and storage.
 * Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
 * Communication: Translate technical decisions into clear explanations for both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this role:
 * 7+ years of experience in data engineering within enterprise-scale environments.
 * Expertise in Oracle performance tuning, including query optimization, execution plans, indexes, partitioning and parallelism.
 * Hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
 * Expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
 * Experience in data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
 * Proven leadership experience, including team mentoring and technical guidance.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DBAs, technical teams and business stakeholders.
 * Fluent in English.

The following skills are not required but are a plus:
 * Hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, DMS).
 * Prior experience in Wealth Management.
