Position Summary:
A Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by managing sales-related projects, coordinating internal and external meetings, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and track progress of sales-related projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other teams to support sales initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
* Schedule, organize, and facilitate sales team meetings, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
* Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure accountability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
* 3+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or executive administration.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
