As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide remote computer and IT system assistance to employees. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You must have a process-oriented mindset and be efficient working individually and as part of a team.
You will analyze issues, formulate solutions, and troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems. You will also work remotely with customers to resolve issues, utilize internal IT knowledge bases, and consistently update ticket tracking systems.
To succeed in this role, you should have an Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience. You should also have knowledge of delivering IT solutions within corporate environments and experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
We prefer candidates with experience in the advertising and marketing industries and those who can support A/V environments.
