We are looking for a remote, full-time Product Owner with 3–5 years of experience working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product design. Engineering team responsible for building and maintaining an enterprise data platform.Define, refine, and prioritize requirements for a data platform that supports the acquisition, transformation, validation, storage, and distribution of observational, reference, and master data.Translate complex business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and implementation-ready documentation.Prioritize the data platform and integration roadmap against business goals, technical dependencies, operational needs, and competing stakeholder priorities.Partner with engineering teams to define scalable approaches for data ingestion, data quality, data normalization, schema design, and integration workflows.Coordinate with product managers and engineering teams to drive adoption of the data platform as a trusted source of truth for business-critical data.Support the scoping, build, QA, and release phases for platform features, data integrations, and backend workflow improvements.Develop and oversee QA protocols to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and usability before release.Leverage AI and other productivity tools to help draft cohesive technical requirements, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.Continuously refine data platform workflows to improve reliability, reduce implementation time, and support scalable onboarding of new data sources.Maintain a strong understanding of backend data flows while collaborating with product design and frontend teams when platform capabilities surface in user-facing workflows.Required ExperienceExcellent English communication skills3–5+ years of professional experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product IoT events, telemetry, sales transactions, operational logs, usage events, financial transactions, or other high-frequency data inputs.Familiarity with data ingestion concepts such as batch processing, streaming, event-driven architecture, APIs, file-based ingestion, ETL/ELT, data validation, deduplication, normalization, and schema evolution.Experience defining requirements for data quality rules, exception handling, reconciliation workflows, monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes.Experience supporting platform products, internal tools, enterprise systems, or shared services used by multiple productteams.Prior experience in energy, logistics, transportation, industrial operations, fuel management, IoT, compliance, or other operationally complex
