Account Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Navigate clients through the Digistore24 platform, introducing new features, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
* Communicate effectively with clients via chat or video calls, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-up.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated expertise in direct response marketing and strategy implementation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and reactive approach.
* Above-average organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
