Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an ecommerce Paid Media Specialist with experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google (ideally over 1 million USD per month).
The candidate will manage ad accounts for US-based ecommerce brands, working with high-profile clients to produce high-quality results.
The ideal candidate is task-oriented, analytical, proactive in solving problems, and experienced in managing Facebook and Google Ads for US ecommerce brands.
Must have a portfolio demonstrating results and KPIs achieved, with skills in creative testing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage ad accounts for US ecommerce brands
2. Run campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
3. Monitor ROAS, budgets, revenue, and KPIs to optimize campaigns
4. Conduct profitable creative testing and identify trends
5. Create performance reports with analytics, results, and next steps
6. Strategize to improve overall marketing effectiveness
7. Stay updated on industry standards, social media, market trends
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, or 3-4 years of experience, or equivalent education
2. Experience with ecommerce brands or advertising agencies preferred
3. Proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce
4. Skilled in scaling ad budgets
5. Strong communication and conceptual thinking
6. Autonomous, analytical, results-driven
7. Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
8. Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Zoom, Slack; experience with Monday.com or Asana is a plus
9. Confident in providing feedback and expressing opinions to leadership
