For three months you will:Orchestrate day-to-day study operationsAssist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local driversProvide light device / IT support to keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly.High performers may receive a full-time offer when the project wraps.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & CoordinationBuild and own the project plan—timelines, budget, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.Run stand-ups with distributed teammates (US, Brazil, India).Field & Research ExecutionModerate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.Technical & Logistics SupportPrep, track, and recover equipment used to execute study.Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalate edge-case bugs to engineering via JIRA.Document and iterate on SOPs, and data ingestion for future Brazil-based studies.Basic QualificationsResidence / Work Authorization: Based in the greater São Paulo area; legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil.Language: Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).Experience:3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.Comfort diagnosing common hardware / connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android / iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).Tools: Google Workspace, project-management suite (Asana / JIRA), basic spreadsheets; willingness to learn our proprietary research platform.Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive communication, unflappable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.Preferred ExtrasPrior automotive or in-vehicle research experience.Prior Team management or project coordination experience.Contract Details & PerksTerm: 3 months (July – September 2025), ~40 hrs/week.Hybrid: Remote most days; up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldworkCompensation: Competitive monthly contractor rate in BRL, based on experience.Conversion Path: Strong performance may lead to an offer for a permanent role on the UX Operations team.
