Monthly salary: $5,000 - $5,500 USD
This role starts with the growth program buildout but is expected to expand into broader firm-wide technology initiatives over time. Along with our partner, we are seeking a versatile builder who can move fluidly between data engineering, automation, AI/ML, and full-stack development.
Core Responsibilities:
Growth Engine & Automation
* Design and implement automated workflows that support all components of their growth strategy across channels with proper throttling, safety protocols, and compliance guardrails
* Build internal dashboards and reporting to track pipeline KPIs, campaign performance, A/B test results, and ROI metrics
Data Architecture & Engineering
* Design the data architecture that supports prospect enrichment, advisor matching, campaign analytics, and progressive profiling
* Build and manage data pipelines that ingest, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (job change signals, financial triggers, intent data, CRM records)
* Implement data models that enable segmentation, scoring, and intelligent routing of prospects to advisors
* Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and proper governance across all systems
AI & Machine Learning
* Develop and iterate on the advisor-prospect matching model using shared-affinity data, engagement signals, and personality indicators
* Build progressive profiling logic that refines prospect profiles based on behavioral data collected throughout the outbound sequence
* Identify and prototype additional AI/ML use cases as the program matures (predictive lead scoring, optimal send-time modeling, churn risk signals, etc.)
* Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and APIs where they accelerate development
Full-Stack Development
* Build interactive landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized web experiences tailored to specific prospect personas
* Develop widgets, calculators, and interactive tools that serve as lead capture mechanisms (e.G., retirement readiness assessments, portfolio analysis tools)
* Create advisor-facing internal tools as needed to support their growth program and broader firm operations
* Contribute to additional technology projects as they emerge across the firm
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of professional software development experience across backend, frontend, and data engineering
* Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
* Experience building /cmanaging API integrations, data pipelines, MCPs and automation workflows
* Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred), marketing automation tools and business intelligence systems
* Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to build, train, and deploy models in production
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and scope expands
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with outbound sales infrastructure (email deliverability, LinkedIn automation safety, SMS/RCS protocols)
* Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clay) and third-party data vendor integrations
* Background in building lead scoring models, recommendation engines, or matching algorithms
* Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Next.Js) and modern web design
About the Engagement:
* This engagement begins with their Organic Growth and Marketing team and is expected to expand firm-wide as the growth engine matures and additional technology needs emerge. The right partner will have the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a program that is central to their long-term strategy. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on their growth trajectory.
Benefits:
* A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
* The opportunity to play a foundational role in building and scaling a data-driven growth engine at a forward-thinking, advisor-led wealth management firm.
* Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
* 10 paid days for local holidays.
*Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
