Lead Product Designer Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance to shape the product experience from its inception and have a direct impact on user experience and product decisions. You will work closely with real users, doctors, to solve meaningful problems in patient care and set the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
About the Role:
* You will collaborate directly with the client's founding team to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* You will translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* You will lead founders through the end-to-end product design process - from research through prototyping.
* You will iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* You will build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* You will communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements:
* Based in Brazil and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mentality - you'll be the only designer and an early voice in product direction.
* HAVE interest in learning, stretching, and growing into new areas.
Bonus Points:
* Having Engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
* Having engineering/product leadership experience.
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps.
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
* Experience working with early-stage startups.
* Familiarity with US-based HIPAA regulations and health tech security standards.
