Monthly salary: $2,000 - $2,300 USD


Along with our partner, we are seeking a Coordinator to support the execution of global paid digital marketing campaigns, partnering closely with recruiting teams to broaden reach, solidify awareness, and drive engagement among executive audiences. In this role, you will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across platforms (primarily LinkedIn), with increasing responsibility for performance reporting, cross-team communication, and center-of-excellence (CoE) growth in this rapidly scaling function.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Project Management

* You will partner with global marketing and recruiting teams to implement LinkedIn campaigns, with potential execution across Display, Demand Base, Google Ads, Meta as well.
* You will manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows using tools like Trello and Kapost.
* You will own end-to-end campaign coordination: audience builds, creative trafficking, asset QA, go-live, and monitoring.
* You will support the creative development process by coordinating asset needs and advising on what to run—drawing from historical performance, cross-regional learnings, and campaign objectives—to ensure assets are optimized and platform-ready.
* You will manage campaign budgets, billing, and vendor invoicing.


Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

* You will coordinate with marketing and recruiting team colleagues, ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups and campaign objectives.
* You will provide regular status updates and post-campaign summaries to multiple stakeholder groups.
* You will cultivate trusted working relationships across geographies with increasing ownership over time.
* You will play an active role in teaching and training recruiting teams on digital best practices by building a scalable library of case studies, playbooks, and success stories to turn stakeholders into digital believers and promoters.


Reporting & Insights

* You will support campaign reporting, tracking KPIs across platforms to assess performance and optimization opportunities.
* You will assist in synthesizing data into practical insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
* You will develop toward the ability to independently derive insights and communicate them effectively.


Learning & Development

* You will build a working understanding of paid social strategy, audience segmentation, and platform capabilities (with a focus on LinkedIn).
* You will engage in testing and learning initiatives to refine targeting and creative performance.
* You will demonstrate curiosity and initiative to develop analytical skills and marketing fluency.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Digital campaign execution – ability to manage end-to-end paid media campaigns primarily on LinkedIn including creative trafficking, pacing and reporting
* Cross-functional project management – strong organizational and time management skills to juggle high volume of campaigns, stakeholders and platforms
* Analytics and reporting insights – ability to track and interpret digital performance metrics deriving actionable insights and interpreting to non-marketing audiences
* Relationship management and strong communication – strong written and verbal communication skills to build trust with global stakeholders and building strong collaboration and desire for improvement


Principal Accountabilities and % of time

* Execute and manage global paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn in support of recruiting audiences across the globe– 50%
* Support campaign performance tracking, reporting and insights development – 20%
* Stakeholder alignment and communication across geographies – 10%
* Help build case libraries, templates and training resources to upskill internal teams – 5%
* Support additional team priorities and special projects as needed – 15%


Experience:

* 2–4 years of relevant experience.
* Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent digital campaigns, each with distinct goals, timelines, and stakeholder needs, all while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal oversight.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership; eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving space.
* Foundational experience with LinkedIn Ads; interest in expanding into platforms like Meta, Demandbase and Google Ads.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including sharp copywriting skills for social content.
* Proficient in or quick to learn project and content management tools such as Trello and Kapost.
* Ability to independently analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
* Experience developing campaign briefs or contributing to digital strategy.
* Familiarity with multi-channel digital ecosystems and measurement approaches.
* Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance campaign impact across markets.
* Confidence in synthesizing and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* Experience with Excel modeling and data visualization for executive reporting.
* Strong ownership mindset with a drive to improve processes and results.
* Collaborative and respectful teammate across global teams.
* Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and a learning mindset in ambiguous or evolving situations.


Education OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience:

* Education, training, and hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign management with exposure to LinkedIn Ads or multi-channel campaign execution


Additional Requirements:

* Flexibility to work across time zones, including regular communication with the team lead based in U.S. Central Standard Time (CST), and in close collaboration across global teams and stakeholders
