What You’ll Do: - Analyze data - Support the implementation of CX solutions. - Train and guide clients on deploying Sprinklr services. - Configure and optimize the platform, dashboards, and workflows. - Conduct testing to ensure quality and performance. What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree completed. - Fluent English (speaking writing) - a must: - Fluency in Spanish is a big plus! - Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn. - Passion for technology and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills. - Programming knowledge is a plus!
