Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Technical Cutover Manager to oversee end-to-end technical activities and ensure successful localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Key responsibilities include co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities, leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks, collaborating with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders, and providing leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
