Responsibilities and Assignments
* Manage transportation operations for Container Friboi Diamantino X Paranguá/PR.
* Monitor fleet positioning and program fleet schedules to meet contracts and optimize time.
* Manage tires, maintenance, and tracking.
* Oversee results concerning budget, costs, and productivity.
* Implement and monitor health and safety programs.
* Conduct fleet checklists and analyze deviations from targets.
* Manage operational and staff indicators.
* Develop and implement process improvement projects.
* Lead and develop administrative staff and drivers.
* Control driver and administrative team working hours.
* Present operational results and communicate with clients and drivers.
Minimum Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably advanced Excel.
* Familiar with ERP systems, especially Corporate ERP.
* Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation, especially with unloading and hotseat operations.
* Availability for travel and flexible hours.
* Valid category B driver's license.
* Willing to reside in Diamantino/MT.
