About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our world-class recruiting team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for US-based companies.
You will source candidates in Latin America (LATAM) for our clients based in the United States and support their U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
Our recruiting team builds the foundation of our clients' success by connecting them with extraordinary talent who share our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and US-based technical candidates using creative strategies.
* Leverage various sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the US.
