Expected Activities
* Participate in internal training on processes and practices adopted by the company;
* Act as an authorized auditor in the official CMMI evaluation, representing the company to the evaluation team;
* Support the team in reviewing evidence, artifacts, and practices used in development processes;
* Attend preparatory meetings with department leaders and internal consultants;
* Help identify gaps and improvements in processes before the audit;
* Ensure alignment between the company's practices and the CMMI model in force;
* Perform this task in an ethical, objective, and collaborative manner.
