Responsibilities
Implement and maintain monitoring systems to provide information on the integrations between Caterpillar and the carriers.
Generate and analyse reports to improve shipment data (completeness, accuracy, latency).
Resolve in transit visibility issues for shipments globally (focus on ocean) through collaboration with Control Towers, carriers, transportation teams and solution providers.
Execute new carrier onboardings.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Pre-Advanced English
Advanced skills with data manipulation in Excel, Access, PowerBI and SQL.
Experience working with a Transport Management System.
Preferred Qualifications
3‑5 years of Transportation / Supply Chain experience.
Master’s degree (APICS certification is a plus).
Familiar with EDI concept.
