About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team and take ownership of managing campaigns for SaaS accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth through data-driven strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts with varying budgets.
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data to drive sales pipeline creation and revenue growth.
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly to improve ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
* Present insights to stakeholders that kill waste and scale winning campaigns.
* Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hands-on Google Ads management for B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of SQL generation.
* Fluency in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* The ability to juggle multiple accounts solo, with a proactive mindset and zero hand-holding.
* Copywriting skills to turn complex SaaS value propositions into compelling search ads.
* An independent thinker with expert-level communication skills.
