Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Analyst to join our organization. As an IT Desktop Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving software and hardware issues as well as escalating problems not resolved within established service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve service desk tickets for software and hardware issues
* Elevate problems that cannot be resolved within set timeframes
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory incident closure
* Update call records for work performed
Requirements:
* A+ certification or equivalent experience in desktop support in a Microsoft environment
* One year related experience in desktop support in a Microsoft environment
* Broad knowledge of desktop hardware and proficient use of Microsoft tools
