Key Account Development Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned B2B professional to lead key account development and management initiatives. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive account growth.
* Identify and acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Maximize revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather client feedback and contribute to the development of new products/services.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for building and maintaining successful commercial relationships.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
