Reporting to the Director of APAC Facilities within the Global Operations division, this senior leadership role oversees the facilities organization for either the Laguna or Cavite manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will manage comprehensive operations and maintenance for production, office, and warehouse environments while ensuring strict adherence to all industry regulations.Key responsibilities include the strategic management of annual CapEx and OpEx budgets, alongside the development of energy reduction and cost-saving initiatives. This position requires a high degree of cross-functional coordination with stakeholders to execute facility-related projects and support manufacturing objectives. Your Responsibilities:Lead the facilities organization for the Laguna or Cavite manufacturing sites, reporting directly to the APAC Facilities Director.Provide professional facility services and preventive maintenance to support production, warehouse, and office operations in alignment with regional leadership.Direct a multidisciplinary team consisting of maintenance technicians, facilities engineers, and security personnel.Act as the primary interface between site management, production departments, and other local supporting functions.Ensure all site operations comply with governmental regulations and maintain high standards for building occupancy.Manage the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of facility modifications, including cost estimates, bidding, and construction contracts.Oversee all building alterations, equipment maintenance, facility layouts, and general housekeeping.Standardize facility procedures and work instructions to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.Manage purchase orders and financial workflows within established budget guidelines.Collaborate with regional peers in Best Known Methodology (BKM) meetings to share and implement industry-leading practices.Execute annual energy reduction and maintenance cost-saving programs to meet key performance indicators.
What we're looking for:Candidates must possess over 15 years of senior management experience within the semiconductor, semiconductor power supply manufacturing industry, semiconductor equipment maintenance, or electronics manufacturing industry, demonstrating a proven ability to lead large-scale facilities teams in a high-tech environment.College or BS degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or equivalent education and/or experience5+ years of Facilities / construction managements experiences is preferred Ready to take the next step in your career?
