 
        
        We're looking for an IT professional to support our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working level of English and experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 * Computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) are essential knowledge areas.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, along with the ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly, are key.
 * Familiarity with endpoint management, SaaS administration, automation tools, and cybersecurity best practices (MFA, VPNs, patch management, incident response) is desirable.
 * Experience with training and supporting non-technical users is also important.
Main Responsibilities:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote, is a primary responsibility.
Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, is another key duty.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
