Aquent is seeking a Senior Freelance Project Manager – Retail & Digital to oversee the development and delivery of global campaign toolkits for one of our top clients in the sports and lifestyle industry .
This mission involves managing the creation of comprehensive retail and digital toolkits for upcoming seasonal campaigns (SS26, FW26, SS27), across Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale, and digital platforms (e-commerce, app, e-wholesale).
You will act as the central point of coordination between the client, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, on-brand, and effective toolkit delivery for global market execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage the end-to-end development of global retail and digital campaign toolkits
Prepare agency briefs, project overviews, and detailed workback schedules
Coordinate with creative agencies and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines
Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback and guide agency work accordingly
Develop and deliver 100-Day and 200-Day Market Update presentations
Oversee the creation of showroom tools and in-store launch experiences
Ensure accurate delivery of creative and technical assets for all markets
