As a seasoned Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between Technology and specific business areas.
The role involves identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
You will recommend solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate business problems and assess the potential for automated solutions.
* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
* Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs.
* Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address the needs of business partners.
Leadership and Expertise:
* Recognized as a subject matter expert in the sub-function, typically achieved through advanced education and work experience.
* Manage large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management.
* Provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
* Address IT-related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of relevant experience, a University Degree, and exceptional verbal, analytical, and written communication skills.
