Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby and Rails. They will also be familiar with Postgres and Redis.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
* Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in software development
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack)
* Strong expertise with Postgres and Redis
* Deep experience in web application development: design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics
Desirable skills:
* Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire
* Comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS
* Prior experience working on internationally distributed teams
