What We’re Looking For1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar roleExperience with bilingual customer support is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plusCalm and solution-focused under pressureFamiliarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plusFluent in French and English
