Job Title: Agile Delivery Specialist – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
About the Role:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* IDentify and remove impediments (dependencies environments test data approvals)
* Cordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC integrations OMS payments SEO/content analytics)
Educational Requirements & Skills:
• 8+ years in Agile delivery
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
