Project Delivery Expert

We're looking for a skilled Project Delivery Expert to join our team and drive delivery execution across cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Delivery Management: Own the planning, execution, and completion of complex initiatives from start to finish.
* Delivery Planning: Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Agnility: Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Technical Skills: Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Communication: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
